If you’re looking for a smoothie that is a little more tart, this one’s for you!
Cranberry Zucchini Smoothie
15 oz can pears (in 100% juice)
1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup cottage cheese
1 small/medium zucchini
I didn’t peel my zucchini but did slice it. Toss all this in your blender, mix it up and enjoy!
*Cranberries have been found to decrease production of cavity and plaque producing bacteria in your mouth.
