I’m loving this cottage cheese in my smoothies! You’d never know it’s in there but you still get the nutritional benefits from it! Hope you like this one as much as I did.
2 heaping handfuls of baby spinach
2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup cottage cheese
Blend well and enjoy! This made about 4 1/2 cups.
*Blueberries keep you fresh, active, fit, sharp, close to nature and in a good mood, as they are very good anti depressants. You also need not spend a lot on medicines, neither are there any side effects. Remember, the deeper the color of the Blue Berries, the more they are rich in anti oxidants and other medicinal values.
