They say the healthiest way to consume your fruits and veggies is raw. Sure, I love sweet potatoes as much as the next guy. But raw? No thanks! SMOOTHIE TIME!
2 1/2 cups orange juice (I used Florida’s Natural.)
1 sweet potato
2 cups frozen mangos
1/3 cups vanilla yogurt
Cut your sweet potato into smaller pieces to make sure it gets mixed really well. I left the skin on and everything! I think you could easily add another sweet potato and not have it over power this smoothie if you wanted. I thought this was really good. Very tasty! A couple of my family members complained of it tasting too…banana-y. I thought it was good though! And, at least it’s not green!
