Orange Basic

I have so many oranges in my fridge!  Today I went to “The Big Book Of Juices” to help me use some of them.

Orange Basic

2 oranges

1 apple

3 carrots

1 stick celery

1 inch ginger root

Make sure you put the ginger in fairly early when juicing this to make sure it all gets “washed” into your juice blend.  I thought this was pretty tasty!  It gets pretty good stars as well!  4 energy, 4 detox, 4 immunity, 2 digestion, 3 skin.

Nutrients that stand out in this blend are beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and sulphur
