Peanut Butter-Banana Dana
1 cup milk (we used whole milk.)
2 bananas, peeled, sliced
1/4 cup peanut butter
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add 1/2-1 cup ice cubes and blend until smooth. Makes 1-2 smoothies.
This one was very smooth! Not too heavy on the peanut butter taste, not to heavy on the banana taste…just enough of each. I don’t think my son enjoyed it too much. He ended up using a spoon to finish it. I drank it down quickly and liked it quite a bit!
*A little tip: I sprayed my measuring cup with pan spray before spooning the peanut butter into it. It’s easier to clean up after!
